Process monitoring

We use cutting edge technology for our hardware and software, and our systems offer a comprehensive and customer-specific functional scope. This concepts gives us various essential advantages over other systems. Our systems provide you and your customers with the comprehensive proof of your correct production workflow, at the same time making sure nothing goes wrong.

The ToolScope basic system is now available in three versions:

  • As a powerful IPC system with a large hard-disk memory for recording data and with extensive expandability.

  • As a top-hat rail module without mobile components and 60GB SSD memory for data logging and the filing of protocols.
  • As a touch-panel PC. This is often used when a direct connection with control is not practical or if a process sequence is to be displayed continually.

The ToolScope basic system offers the complete functionality of process visualisation and management, technology connection to the machines and for the connection of analogue sensors. In addition, the basic system includes simple methods of both process and tool monitoring. Further algorithms can be cleared at any time, allowing the system to be transferred into a comprehensive and highly effective control and monitoring system. The system can be connected to all standard machine tools and machining centres and is also suitable for remote maintenance, of course.

ToolScope is primarily used for monitoring machining processes such as milling, turning, reaming, drilling, grinding etc.. Tool monitoring is part of this process monitoring.

Process visualisation and management could not be easier. The system serves as an oscilloscope for the machine tool and can thus list all the processes and process steps for the machine operator. In addition, the system records every process (data logger and tachograph), processes data and files the protocols.

The systems from KOMET BRINKHAUS are self-learning and self-adjusting. They are easy to use and reliable for process monitoring. We also offer you and your employees extensive training and courses on the subject.
